In-Store Pickup
If you are in Rhodes, you can pick up your order directly from our store in the city center (Themeli 65) at no additional shipping cost!
Shipments in Greece
Orders are shipped from the store on the same or the next business day.
Products are sent via the courier company ACS COURIER or with BOX NOW (depending on availability) throughout Greece.
Delivery Time:
- ACS COURIER: 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
- BOX NOW: 4-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Cost:
- For orders over €80, shipping is free.
- For orders under €80, the shipping cost is €4.00 with ACS and €3.00 with BOX NOW.
Returns:
- First exchange within 15 days is free.
- Cost for the second exchange is €5.00.
Shipments to Cyprus
Orders are shipped from the store on the same or the next business day.
Products are sent via the courier company ACS COURIER throughout Cyprus.
Delivery Time:
- ACS COURIER: 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.
- BOX NOW: 7-12 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Cost:
- For orders over €120, shipping is free.
- For orders under €120, the shipping cost is €8.00.
Returns:
- Cost for exchange within 15 days is €10.00.
Shipments within the European Union
Orders are shipped from the store on the same or the next business day.
Products are sent via the courier company ACS COURIER throughout the European Union.
Delivery Time:
- ACS COURIER: 12-15 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Cost:
- The shipping cost to all countries in the European Union is €25.00.
Returns:
- Cost for exchange within 15 days is €20.00.
General Information
Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed within 1-3 business days, depending on the time and day of submission. If there is a stock shortage, you will be informed via phone or email.
Discount/Promotion Periods: During promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to the increased volume of orders. In such cases, priority is maintained.
