🛍 Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt.

🔁 Return Conditions

To accept a return or exchange, the product must:

Be in its original condition, unused, and unworn
Include all tags and packaging
Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or order confirmation

🧾 Exchange Options

🏠 In-Store Exchange

You can visit our store and make your exchange for free with the purchase receipt or the exchange card, if it was a gift.

🔄 “Hand-to-Hand” Exchange with Courier

The first exchange per order is free for Greece. Each subsequent exchange costs €5.00.

For Cyprus, the exchange costs €10.00.

For EU (Greece and Cyprus not included), the exchange costs €20.00.

Select the product or products you wish to exchange, and we will send them to you immediately. Upon receiving the new product, you will hand the previous product to the courier.

🎁 Credit Voucher for Future Purchase

If you don’t immediately find something that suits you:

Let us know first via email, phone, or social media.
We will arrange for the pickup of the product by the courier at our expense.

Once we receive the parcel, you will receive a credit voucher code via email, which you will enter in the corresponding field at checkout for your new order.

Note: The total value of the products in the new order must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. Otherwise, the voucher will not be applied. The voucher is valid for 1 year.

💰 Returns & Refunds

Refunds are not accepted.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

Personalized or custom-made products
Discounted or promotional products
Gift cards

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (E.U.)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right of withdrawal within 15 days, no justification required. The product must be in excellent condition, as stated above.
